In the lead up to the review of the Lower Hunter Regional Strategy, the Department of Planning and Infrastructure will be identifying Hunter infrastructure priorities and bottlenecks. They will also oversee implementation of projects across the Hunter region to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.

The Singapore Study Tour is specifically tailored to give leaders in the Australian development industry and government representatives a deeper insight into Singapore’s approach to urban planning. The Tour follows the UDIA National Congress and leaves for Singapore on 10 March (options ex Perth and ex Sydney) and returns to Sydney on 15 March, 2012.
Development Fundamentals is designed for people who are considering a career in property development, or those who need a basic level of industry knowledge such as real estate agents, recruiters, architects, building designers, interior designers, builders and tradesmen or those planning to undertake a small development themselves.
Showcase your development in the industry's most prestigious Awards program - the UDIA NSW Austral Bricks Awards for Excellence. There are 13 Award categories open for entry designed to highlight innovation, sustainability and industry leadership, and recognise excellence in urban development.
The course will be delivered by experts in various specialisation of the law related to property development. Participants will be taken through the legal considerations from acquisition, approval, financing, construction law, strata and tax implications. While an overview of legal considerations in each of the areas will be given, changes recently made to the law or being contemplated will be highlighted giving participants a leading edge understanding of current law.
