The 2010 training program format has been designed to meet the needs of today’s busy development professional, and is delivered by the industry's leading practitioners. NEW COURSE STRUCTURE
Level 1. Foundations – designed for those with limited experience or new employees entering the development sector, those considering a career in property development and those with a technical background looking for a broader and more integrated understanding of the industry. This program takes participants through the development process of identifying opportunities, managing the process and sales and marketing.
Level 2. Management – designed for managers in the industry and those moving towards management positions, seeking to improve their understanding and knowledge of the property development process and its management. This course also focuses on project feasibility and team management skills.
Level 3. Executive – designed for leaders in the industry working at management and executive levels seeking to enhance and update their skills and knowledge in the areas that are of particular interest to them. This course gives attendees the opportunity for exchange of ideas and to hear from captains of the industry regarding the latest techniques to make a successful business.
NB: Attendees can choose to complete the full course level or simply select the individual modules that suit their training needs.
