A Great Planning Debate
The Debate: The NSW Planning Reform Changes Cannot Possible Work.
Is the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment Bill a much-needed legislative overhaul that will streamline the NSW planning system and reduce the waiting time on development applications, or is it a near-draconian piece of legislation that will deny procedural fairness and access to justice?
The debate will be held Wednesday 19 November 2008 at the Radisson Plaza Hotel.
